Jennifer Hudson-Where You At

Hey readers!

Gosh! I am so in love and crazy all over Jennifer Hudson's new single-Where You At. The song is incredibly amazing! Love all about it. The music video is awesome. You guys should try hear the song. One word. Amazing.

Jennifer Hudson-Where You At?

You said when the storm came
That you would be there with your umbrella to block the rain
And you said you'd protect me
From heartache, pain, lies, loneliness, and misery
You said you'd tear down the walls that were in my way
You promised things would be okay
And I stood there in the freezing cold
And I waited for you, but you never showed

Where you at? Oh, where you at?
Oh,where you at?
Boy you say would be here for me
Where you at? (Where you at?)
Where you at? (Where you at?)
Where you at? (Where you at?)

Now you said you go to church
Stop slanging, find a real job, and go to work
And you say you stay out of the streets
And spend more time with me
Take away my doubts and fears and fulfill my dreams
You said you'd be that shoulder for my eyes to cry on
Said you would be that one that I could depend on
And I stood there in the freezing cold
And I waited for you, but you never showed

Where you at? (Where you at?)
Where you at? (Where you at?)
Where you at?
Boy you say would be here for me

Where you at? (Where)
Where you at? (Where you at?)
Where you at? (Where you at?)

And oh false promises is much like fake named
You painted a picture for me but there was no frame
You made my future look bright and I believed every word
I went to sleep on the clouds and woke up in the dirt
And now I'm without shelter and the wind is blowing
You say you'd be there for me boy when the tough got going
Said if weapons draw, you'd stand in front of me
Whenever I fell trapped, said you'd be the one to set me free
Thought you were my hero
But as it turns out you a no show

Burlesque Movie Review

Hey readers!

When I think of the word burlesque, the only thing that really comes to mind is a strip club and Pussycat Dolls. Christina Aguilera delivers a remarkable performance in Burlesque with Cher costarring looking more striking than ever. Burlesque is a string of music videos with a movie wrapped around it. I can say that 85% of the movie full of Christina Aguilera's performances. If you enjoyed the highly entertaining performance like Pussycat Dolls you’ll greatly enjoy Burlesque. The energetic dancing will have you wanting to jump into the movie set to take part in the dancing, relaxing atmosphere of the lounge to get away from a humdrum day in breaking the familiarity of everyday life.

Burlesque adalah lakonan Cher, Christina Aguilera, Cam Gigandet, Eric Dane, Stanley Tucci, Kristen Bell and Julianne Hough. Throw in two iconic pop-stars and we have a guaranteed hit! The movie starts out fast and gets right into it. Ali (Christina Aguilera) is a blonde, hard-working waitress from Iowa who has an undiscovered talent for singing and dancing. If you just can't wait to see Xtina singing, don't worry in first 10 minutes the performance begins. The opening song was 'Something's Got A Hold On Me'. I'm sure you can feel the beat right after that scene. Ali escapes hardship and an uncertain future to follow her dreams to LA. After stumbling upon The Burlesque Lounge, a majestic but ailing theater that is home to an inspired musical revue, Ali lands a job as a cocktail waitress. While serving the customers who came to watch the half-naked dancing women, Ali learn the dance step a little bit. She is just so passionate to perform on the stage. Ali meets the friendly bartender Jack (Cam Gigandet) and starts to waitress for him because she knows this is where she belongs.

The legendary Nikki (Kristen Bell) is the bitch in the movie. Soon enough, Ali builds a friendship with a featured dancer Georgia (Julianne Hough), finds an enemy in a troubled, jealous performer which is Nikki. After a while, they received a news that Georgia is pregnant and about to rest from performing with other girls. Tess (Cher) and Sean (Stanley Tucci), who plays essentially the same arch assistant to the woman at the top. Tess was the owner and the one who start the show business. At the same time the club is having a financial crisis and entrepreneur Marcus (Eric Dane) arrives with an enticing proposal. He want to buy the club and own it. But Tess is still with her own principals that she will not sell the club to who ever it is. She believes in herself that she can save the club.Condo developer Marcus wants to buy the club to tear it down, but Tess can't possibly sell because it's her whole life. With the crucial situations, Tess and Sean decided to make a open audition to replace Georgia. Ali came to audition and she wants to be a part of it. Tess challenges her with all dance steps and Ali remembers all the routines. She's finally make the cut. When Nikki was late for her performance, Tess quickly pushes Ali to replace Nikki. Unfortunately, Nikki tried to sabotage Ali's part. Nikki stop the music when Ali suppose to lip syncing the song. During that time Ali started to sing with her own vocal. Everyone was impressed and Tess changes their performance style by singing with the real voice no more lips syncing.

However, Ali’s transformation from cunning country-gal to fabulous city-slicker proves to be rocky, and her newfound success strikes a sour note in Nikki, an egomaniacal dancer, whose drunkenness and vindictiveness sends her to the bottom of the food chain. Since that Ali is the star of the club and Marcus notice her success and stars personality. Ali friendship with former bartender, Jack has changes. Jack seems a little bit jealous when he hears Ali close relationship with Marcus and always seeing that Ali starting to get expensive gifts from him. Jack has warned Ali about Marcus's real intuition but Ali don't believe him and assumed Jack is jealous of her. Ali becomes incredibly bitchy and hard to like towards the film’s second-act, which seems to parallel her transformation. They slowly develop a romantic connection (although Jack has a fiancé in New York), which is a sharp contrast to the mother-and-daughter relationship that Ali and Tess share. When Ali knew about Marcus missions she quickly spills the secret and idea to save the club.

Tess agrees with her ideas and meet the real estate people. The debt and financial crisis solved successfully. From all the musical scenes, the song 'Express' and 'Bound To You' are my favorite . Speaking of the club, never in a movie will you see a more magical stage, which grows and shrinks depending on the number being staged. The finale would need about three nightclubs the size of Burlesque to contain it. The costumes was excellent and fantastic! But I advice you, if you want to pay to see the creative use of sequins, satin, sheer fabric and pearls, sexy dance, plus a few music videos. But if you want to see a movie, check the rest of your local listings. Don't regret later on.

I comment this movie (5) ★★★★★only.

The Kids Are All Right Movie Review

Hey readers!

It’s hard to find a movie that truthfully resonates with reality in the theaters these days, as most films feature storyline that are, apart from entertaining, not much else. However, The Kids Are All Right tells a funny and refreshing story which centres around the struggles faced as a family grows and the unconventional and often complicated relationships that they are comprised of. The most interesting was about lesbian married couple struggling to raised their family and the sperm donor. This film of a modern family is a down-to-earth one – it has no illusions about life, and it engages blissfully with a story that loves realizing its characters. Overall, the movie is humorously and humbly full of heart.

The Kids Are All Right adalah lakonan Julianne Moore, Annette Bening, Mark Ruffalo, Mia Wasikowska and Josh Hutcherson. Nic (Annette Bening) and Jules (Julianne Moore) are a couple going through a transition period in their lives with their two children, Joni (Mia Wasikowska) and Laser (Josh Hutcherson). With their teenage kids both going through big changes—Joni is getting ready for College and Laser is being poorly influenced by untamed boys. Nic runs the family, but she gives a long leash to her emo wife to stay-at-home and career dilettante currently dabbling in landscape design. The younger child Laser (Josh Hutcherson) is eager to find his biological father, but has to be 18 to find the identity of the sperm donor. He begs his 18-year-old sister Joni (Mia Wasikowska) to contact the sperm bank in order to meet their biological father, Paul (Mark Ruffalo).
\
Soon after Paul is introduced, he becomes an integral part of the family. His actions help Joni and Laser grow up and make Nic and Jules truly realize the pains of their own relationship, creating the changes necessary for the family to understand their problems and redefine themselves. The three get along famously, but the moms, who learn about the meeting after the fact, are more cautious — not, it must be noted, because the newcomer is straight or even because he's a man, but because, having dropped out of college and never having sustained a lasting relationship, he doesn't strike them as role-model material. While working for Paul, Jules likes that he appreciates her work in contrast to Nic who, Jules feels, never supported her career. Jules impulsively kisses him one afternoon. They end up in bed together and begin an affair.Mark Ruffalo makes sexy look so incredibly easy; as an affable every man, he allows complexity to peek through his charming demeanour (you can see Mark's big ass banging Moore). Jules and the kids start spending more time with Paul. Nic believes that Paul undermines her authority over the children, for example by giving Joni a ride on his motorcycle when she has forbidden it and suggesting that she give Joni more freedom.

After a heated argument with Jules, Nic suggests that they all have dinner at Paul's house to ease the situation. During the dinner, however, Nic is shocked to discover traces of Jules's hair in Paul's bathroom and bedroom. When they return home, Nic confronts Jules. At first, Jules denies it but then admits to the affair. Nic is devastated, but Jules insists she is not in love with Paul and has not turned straight; she just wanted to be appreciated. The household becomes very tense. In the end, the night before Joni leaves home to go to college, Paul came and confront to Joni and explains everything. The next day, Joni was sent to college along with her family and Nic and Jules decided not to separate. The movie is both a comedic and touching take on the family-oriented theme, and all of the positives definitely outweigh the film’s downfalls.

I comment this movie (4) ★★★★ only.

The Green Hornet Movie Review

Hey readers!

There has been considerable buzz in the past year or so about the casting of comic actor Seth Rogen in the title role of The Green Hornet, the latest resurrected crime-fighting superhero to flit across the silver screen. Originally a 1930s radio serial, The Green Hornet is most widely remembered from its incarnation as a 1966-67 TV series starring Van Williams and none other than Bruce Lee. Despite its few good qualities, The Green Hornet is ultimately kind of a borer, making me want to flea the theater for the comfort of my nest, where I can listen to Britney Spears and try to forget how this movie really bugged me. To be honest super boring. I suggest don't watch it at cinema.

The Green Hornet adalah lakonan Seth Rogen, Jay Chou, Cameron Diaz and Christopher Waltz. Britt Reid (Seth Rogen) is the 28-year-old slacker son of widower James Reid (Tom Wilkinson), publisher of the Los Angeles newspaper The Daily Sentinel. Britt is an irresponsible playboy, but his attitude changes when James is found dead from an allergic reaction to a bee sting. Which is to say he’s not a very interesting superhero. When his father dies he meets his fathers assistant Kato and discovers all of the amazing things he has been doing for this father. After speaking with Kato they find their feelings towards Britt’s father reveals their only commonality. They decide to take action, during a vandalism they prevent a mugging and in the process find out that they have a drive to be hero’s. The two become super hero’s driving in a fully functional super car a 1966 Imperial dubbed the “Black Beauty”

Britt convinces Kato they should become crime-fighters who pose as criminals in order to infiltrate real criminals, and also to prevent enemies from using innocents against them. After taking down many drug dealers and murders they attract the attention of the king of L.A. crime Chudnofsky aka Bloodnofsky (Chrstoph Waltz). Britt hires Lenore Case (Cameron Diaz), who has a degree in criminology, as his assistant and researcher, and uses her unwitting advice to raise the Green Hornet's profile. They must find if they can set aside their differences, stop fighting over the girl they both like Lenore and learn to work together as a team or the red of Bloodnofsky’s mask or their own blood may be the last thing they see.I did not like Seth Rogen in this film. I’m not sure why I just found that during the film I found myself hating his character more and more and couldnt help but think someone else could have played his part better.

When Kato and Britt are having misunderstanding, Kato receives an email from Chudnofsky on the Hornet's calling-card email address, offering $1 million dollars and half of Los Angeles if he kills Britt. Scanlon invites Britt to meet in a restaurant, where he reveals he murdered Britt's father. Kato arrives, and instead of killing Britt, he attacks Chudnofsky's men, allowing him and Britt, whom Chudnofsky deduces is the real Green Hornet, to escape. In the end, when Britt rushes to release the recording of Scanlon's confession onto the Web, Chudnofsky and his men follow the duo there, where a firefight ensues. Kato ultimately stabs Chudnofsky in the eyes in self-defense and Britt shoots him to death. and for sure happy ending. I would say that the movie was super boring nothing new.

I comment this movie (1)★only.
