The Bounty Hunter Movie Review

I am sick of Jennifer Aniston. She's the most desperate women in Hollywood. Why? She keeps telling each people in the world that she have the most perfect body at age 40. Of course she can keeps her body fit and slim because she can't pregnant! That's why Brad Pitt left her. Haha. So lame right? The point is I hate Jennifer Aniston. I'm a bit late watching The Bounty Hunter because the movie doesn't interest me much. Well, from the trailer or movie poster I can see that it's a expected ending and story line movie and also 100% cliche'. Like at first hate each other and keep on bitching about each other's attitude and in the end menyesal and fall in love. Cliche' enough? But how can I resist of the cute and charming Gerard Butler? He is so fucking cute and manly. He never fails me in all his movies except 300. Haha. Overall the movie was full of arrogant, too much talking (shut up bitch!) and the egoism of an individuals. Nothing to be waiting for. There's nothing remotely original or unpredictable about the plot. Period.

The Bounty Hunter adalah lakonan Gerard Butler, Jennifer Aniston, Christine Baranski, Jason Sudeikis and Peter Green. Gerard Butler are awesome. He played a jerk ex-husband character very well. Kudos to him. Jennifer Aniston are sucks! She always with the bubbly attitude to make audience love her acting. Please we need more! (Am I bias of the gender?) The movie has only one important point. Don't bump into your exes. Because the love can grow again! Ok, The story centers on a bounty hunter hired to retrieve his ex-wife which played by Jennifer Aniston, who has skipped bail. Obviously the bounty hunter is Gerard Butler. Jennifer Aniston is a New York journalist who's so busy with a breaking story that she neglects to turn up for a court date and ends up on the bail-jumper list of bounty hunter's Gerard Butler, her ex-husband. Macam elok elok lah pulak kan? That time Jennifer Aniston was investigating a mysterious suicide for a story in the New York Daily News but is held up by a pesky court date for a traffic accident. When she doesn't shows up in her trial, a bench warrant is issued for her arrest.


Gerard Butler used this as to revenge his ex wife. Gerard Butler must eventually track Jennifer Aniston to Atlantic City, where her mother, Kitty played by Christine Baranski, is a headlining lounge singer. The they met at a horse riding race competition. The journey of Jennifer Aniston tried to escape from been catch by her ex husband begun. Like Jennifer is locked in the trunk of Gerard Butler’s car and at the same time the people who involved mysterious suicide keep on hunting Jennifer Aniston. Jason Sudeikis played as Jennifer Aniston's coworkers convinced of a budding relationship based on one drunken night of kissing. Tak pasal pasal he was caught by the people who involved in the mysterious suicide case because of mistaken identity. I have to admit there is few funny moments in his scenes.
Then the journey continues when they were attacked by the people and Jennifer Aniston tried to escape from her ex husband few times but failed. One time they went to a place where during their marriage they spend their honeymoon at this one place. Most likely a cheap rest house in a middle of a jungle.

They had dinner and everything seems smooth and realized that each of them still have the love feelings. When Gerard Butler found that Jennifer Aniston still keeps their photo and Aniston felt that Butler have some changes and matured. And as expected the love scenes doesn't happened because of mistaken information, again. Cliche' enough? Then back to the mysterious suicide case, Jennifer Aniston are caught by them and investigate her. Luckily, Gerard saved her and sent her to police. To be fair, in the end Gerard Butler punched a police man and he was also sent into a jail and the love growing again! Itu je about this movie. It's just the journey of tried to escape make it as a story line. Ultimately, The Bounty Hunter’s success always counted on Butler and Aniston being likeable and funny. They are neither in the film, and that’s its primary downfall. Unfortunately, the only thing I felt was boredom.

A Single Man Movie Review

Depressing? Yes a movie full of depress moments and facial expressions . Is it make it a good movie and good mood for audience? To watch this kind of movie. One thing that really make me eager to watch and understand this movie are because of Tom Ford. This was his first movie I mean he directed the movie. As we all know, Tom Ford are known as fashion designer so macam something new that he's now a director as well. I want to watch movie who directed by a fabulous fashion designer. A Single Man would be the one. Plus I am sure the fashion sense would be awesome. Just see the official movie poster, I can see Julianne Moore and Colin Firth look woowww! Fashion! Overall the movie, hmm..how to say? Maybe not my cup of coffee. A Single Man is not my genre. But the storyline and the message of the movie was great. It's about how to move on after a great loss of someone that you really love. Please be aware this a gay love movie.

A Single Man adalah lakonan Colin Firth, Julianne Moore, Matthew Goode, Ginnifer Goodwin and Nicholas Hoult. I was impressed with Colin Firth's acting as depressed's George Falconer. One question. Macamana lakonan Julianne Moore? The only reason why she's in the movie because of her beauty and realness. Matthew Goode are just smiling and saying few lines and being handsome. That's all. This movie is about an English college professor who has struggled to find meaning in his life since the car accident that killed his longtime partner which is Matthew Goode. The movie took in year 1962. His partner was killed because of car crash. Masa awal awal of movie already shown the bad accident. So the depressed moment automatically starts. Everything seems cloudy and muram je. Evert hing he did macam tak kena and really shows that he's extremely sad and macam there's no use he still alive. Better dia mati.


Brokenhearted and alone, he seeks comfort from his long-ago-flame-now-friend Charley played by Julianne Moore. I have to say that she is freaking beautiful and edgy. Especially when tied her hair. She knows what was happened to her best friend and try to make him happy and not being alone. You see laughter between the characters and a moment shared. The story tells me through highly evocative imagery, and gives the film space in which I can feel the feelings. Then he met his university student with a crush on him which is Kenny played by Nicholas Hoult. The gaping age difference between them is played down by placing the onus of the chase on the boy. They spend the night before Colin Firth dead. They played the water at the beach and spending overnight together. and not to be missed, Kenny showed his naked body which is katanya baju basah. Haha. The next day, Colin Firth died. He killed himself.

In the same spirit, tech work is satisfyingly bold. Stylish production design and cinematography set the film in a romantically idealized '60s world. That is why I watched the movie until end. No harms. I strictly recommend this movie for those who love the art of a movie. In searching the true meaning of a great story not because of the actor/actress or CGI.

Shrek Forever After Movie Review

Most of the people are a big fan of Shrek. Including me. I still remember I watched each sequel and my favourite was Shrek The Third back in 2007. If I'm not mistaken I watched it for like four times. I was the biggest fan of Shrek that time. Last week, when Shrek Forever After was released in Malaysia, it seems that the sambutan kurang 'menyengat'. Get what I mean? Means that there is no long queue people at the cinema want to buy the tickets or everyone who keep on asking each other that are they aware that Shrek is in town. NO! Everything seems normal and no Shrek-riot in Kuala Lumpur. I guess, it shows that sambutan kurang hangat for the final chapter of Shrek. In my point of view, the fourth part was so so not like before. The exciting was not there. It is just more about family this time. Doesn't mean I don't like the family point, it was just that they should focus on other characters as well. The supporting role should be focus more and make it more funny and entertaining. Overall, it were sweet, cute movies, that were very funny and good movies for the whole family. The story was interesting and fun, and brought in a great new villain, Rumplestiltskin, who was hilarious.

Shrek Forever After are voiced by Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, Cameron Diaz, Antonio Banderas, Julie Andrews, Justin Timberlake, and Jon Hamm. I didn't even know that Jon Hamm's voice were in the movie. Sorry sayang! Hehe. The final chapter is about Shrek has grown tired of his life being a local celebrity and his overwhelming family and friends, as well as the fact he feels he isn’t a “real ogre” anymore. Everyone doesn't feel afraid when meet him. So he feel bored about his new life. So he back to the past where everyone doesn't know him and afraid of ogre. When he was at mad at his ogre babies' first birthday, he left the party alone and met Rumpelstiltskin faking to be hurt, and insists he joins him for a ride in his carriage. Rumpelstiltskin offers him a day to feel like a real ogre again, in exchange for a day from Shrek’s childhood. Shrek agrees and signs the contract. Shrek enjoys his day being feared by villagers, until he saw all the witches and taken him to Rumpelstiltskin.


Rumpelstiltskin took the day Shrek was born and even successfully makes King Harold and Queen Lillian sign the contract to release Fiona and disappear, making him king. He even nak hapuskan all ogre population. Rumpelstiltskin declares that within 24 hours, Shrek, having never been born, will cease to exist altogether. Well, the ogre already shown their stupidity by signing the contract. But Shrek escaped and the journey begin. He met Donkey who works as a penarik barang and has never met Shrek. Donkey who found the solution to end the contract. Donkey fold the contract paper that the exit clause of Rumpelstiltskin’s contract is true love’s first kiss before the 24 hours run out. Then they met Puss in Boots now Fiona’s pet. The best humor relates to Puss and Boots. Puss has grown fat and flabby, and the screenplay gets plenty of mileage from this situation. Betina suka mata Puss yang besar tu, kelopak jantung kan? But now Fiona has been a leader of group of ogre army. Macam ganas sangat. She can fight people very well.

Actually, Shrek and Fiona kissed after they were save from the attack of Pied Piper. But their kiss doesn’t fix the spell because it was not the real love. In the end, Shrek and Fiona escape and defeat Rumpelstiltskin, kisses and now truly in love with him, and breaks Rumpelstiltskin’s contract and her curse. Then Shrek back into his normal world and appreciate everything that he have. Shrek embraces Fiona, his family, and friends again, and lived happily 'Forever After'. What I like about Shrek's movies is it was funny, very funny actually, it tied in that fairy tale world in with modern jokes very well.

Robin Hood Movie Review

The running nose is killing me! Currently, I am back to Seremban saje saje je balik for weekend sebab it's been a while I tak balik. Almost a month. So i give a shot and decided balik Seremban. Last night, my running nose are like hell! I have a bad neck pain and flu everywhere! When my mother and sister talking to me, I was just like have no mood or interested with their conversation. Feels like want to slap their face one by one. How bad was that, right? One more thing, I just got my internet connection. Seriously living without internet was more a lot like sucks. This past one week I think I can put it as one of my worst week this year. Don't want to talk about it. Let's move on to my movie review. Sorry due to laziness and no mood to write I have another like 5 movies to be review. Adoi! I think my blog should propose me because I am having a monogamy relationship with it. Have you guys watch Robin Hood? I bet most of them watch it already but tak tahulah for who those yang tak berapa minat history or legend movie wouldn't want to watch Robin Hood. Please be aware this is a serious movie. Overall Robin Hood has a number of amazing aspects to it, but as a whole it’s just not that enjoyable. Technically all the pieces are there, it was well made, well put together, but with a run-time of 140 minutes and too many details, it felt like sitting through a partially real history lesson with some amazing action sequences.

Robin Hood adalah lakonan Russell Crowe, Cate Blanchett, William Hurt, Mark Strong, and Mark Addy. For the actor, Russell Crowe I think he acted as Robin Hood quite well and strong. Robin Hood is about in the 12th century England where Robin Longstride which played by Russell Crowe is a common archer in the Third Crusade. After the demise of the Richard the Lionheart in battle, Robin and his three other pals, Little John, Will Scarlet and Allan A'Dayle attempt to return to their homeland. The wide shots of the cavalry riding their horses along the edges of the mountains and going into battle are stunning. Along the way they come across an ambush of the Royal guard by Sir Godfrey played by Mark Strong. The King of France had ordered Sir Godfrey to assassinate Richard. Robin promises a dying Knight, Sir Robert Loxley, to return a sword to the man's father in Nottingham.


Upon arriving in England, Robin (who has assumed the identity of Loxley) is chosen to inform the Royal family of the King's death and witnesses the crowning of King John who is the younger brother of the recently-deceased Richard. King John are so young to be a king and he is so dumb in ruling a kingdom. He have no experience to handle it. Dia main percaya who ever he thinks he can and simply decide with no details. The arrogant King John shows no remorse to his poor Kingdom and demands harsh taxes to be collected. All the people don't want to pay the taxes. So if they refuse to pay they will burn down the place and take all their hasil hasil pendapatan. When in Nottingham, when they want to return the sword to Loxley's father Sir Walter asks him to continue impersonating his son, in order to prevent the family lands being taken by the crown. But, the actress Cate Blanchett, portraying the role of Loxley's widow, Lady Marian who was initially distrustful of Robin is an eye candy to see.

The film climaxes with an invasion on England's south coast by the French, who are met as they land by the English army. The English are victorious in the ensuing battle, during which Robin slays Godfrey with a well-placed arrow from a long distance. However, King John perceives the French surrendering to Robin, rather than to himself, as a major threat to his power. In the final scenes, King John reneges on his word to sign the Magna Carta, and declares Robin to be an outlaw. The hard part about critiquing this movie is that it is by no means a bad movie, it has all the right elements, but it’s just a bit boring. If you’re a fan of history, you’re in luck! You’ll get a free (slight inaccurate) history lesson!

Chloe Movie Review

Remember in my previous post, I ada wrote about two Amanda Seyfried's movies which is Dear John and Chloe. Guess what, last two weeks I went to a pirated DVD shop and I bought 3 DVDs. One of the movies that I bought was Chloe. I 100% confirm that, Chloe won't be screen in Malaysia's cinema. Due to not enough of Julianne Moore or Amanda Seyfried's fans in Malaysia. and for sure Malaysian people not really into this kind of genre. Adult drama and conflicts. Overall the movie was sort of slow, which worked with this type of story. It helped in building the tension and suspicions of the characters. It’s refreshing to watch a rising young actress who can actually, you know, act. Amanda Seyfried has a lot of heat these days thanks to her role in the international hit Mamma Mia!

Chloe adalah lakonan Amanda Seyfried, Julianne Moore and Liam Neeson. Amanda Seyfried's performance serves to showcases her talent, from her nuanced characterization to her surprisingly bold sexuality.and Julianne Moore as well. Wow! Their lesbian sex scene really suprised me! I can't believe they really did that. No censored! I think the straight boys gonna like it. Why there is no movie Hugh Jackman make out with Chris Pine? Please! Haha. Amanda Seyfried is definitely the star of the film, she gives a pretty strong performance.Chloe is about Julianne Moore, a doctor, who suspects her husband, Liam Neeson, a professor of music, might be cheating on her after he misses his flight home from New York and the birthday party she had planned for him.Julianne Moore macam very upset with that so she hires Amanda Seyfried as Chloe to seduce her husband and test his fidelity. She’ll pay Chloe to go to a cafe Liam Neeson frequents and make herself known to him, see if he takes the bait, and report back to Catherine with the results. Chloe told Julianne Moore what she did to David, when they first meet at the cafe.


Since that, Julianne Moore meets Chloe almost everyday to know about the stories. Chloe tells all about it. Her first sex affair in a garden which they did it twice and another time in a hotel. At first, I believe it all and rupa-rupanya Chloe lied to Julianne Moore. Before that, Julianne Moore have some problem with his son and husband. Her son always ignored her when she tried to talk with him. So her life are kind of a loner. The most surprising moment was Julianne Moore suddenly get kissed by Chloe and she was shocked about what happened. When the tension stressing Julianne Moore about the incident especially when believing the fake story about her husband's cheats, suddenly she had lesbian sex with Chloe. Boleh pulak macam tu kan? Since that, Chloe fall in love with Julianne Moore. The next day, she meets Julianne Moore at her office but get rejected and she was given a cheque to leave her alone. Chloe was really upset about that. and terus jalankan mission. She meets Julianne Moore's son ada had sex with him. Chloe was really a weirdo. When they had sex in Julianne Moore's room she was turned on by all her stuff in the room that reminds her to Julianne Moore. Completely weirdo!

Then when Julianne Moore caught them having sex in her own room, the fights happened. and lastly, Amanda Seyfried kills herself terjatuh dari rumah itu. In the end, Julianne Moore knows the truth that her husband never cheats on her and her relationship with her son getting stronger and closer. Bagus jugak for what happened kan. Chloe did keep me entertained and I just loved seeing Amanda Seyfried and Julianne Moore’s performances, they had quite an interesting dynamic. So if you enjoy character study and the story sounds like something you might enjoy, make sure to go see Chloe.

'Tears On My Pillow' are one of my favourite Kylie Minogue's single hits! Just now, I watched the music video and I assumed the song are an original soundtrack of a movie. Kylie Minogue are the main actress along with actor, Charlie Schlatter. I watched a few clips from the movie and it's interesting. A couple struggle their love in the year 1950s. I'm sure it was a good movie. Next time, when I am out to malls I will search for the original DVD. I am so excited to know what is the story about.

Haa! 'Barbarella' as well! Jane Fonda are the main actress! I've searched the movie and it's about retrieve Doctor Durand-Durand from the planet SoGo in order to save the earth and seduces an angel named Pygar, and overloads a torture device called the Excessive (or "Ex-sex-sive") Machine, which kills through sexual pleasure. Motif? Gonna find this two movies. 'Barbarella' was inspired in Kylie Minogue's 'Put Yourself In My Place' music video!

A Nightmare On Elm Street Movie Review

Ok tell me readers, what horror movie was the last one that really scares you? None right? When the Japanese, Thailand and Korean horror movies came out a lot at this one period year all of us run to the nearest cinema to catch up the movies such as Ju-On and Shutter. Right after that, all the horror movies turn into crap movie. Since that I stop watching those. Last week, A Nightmare On Elm Street really scares me and makes we wanna to put this movie in my top list of a must watch movie this year. To be honest, even though this is a remake of Wes Craven's 1984 film using the same name and storyline but it was really awesome. I suggest to all readers, please go an watch the movie. Overall the movie was a brilliant one and you can see few fresh elements from the movie.Now, thanks to screenwriters we get a lot more background on Krueger, who now has a past relationship with his new targets that is somehow unbeknownst to them. Sound confusing? Well, it’s all explained away by the convenient plot device of repressed memories.

A Nightmare On Elm Street adalah lakonan Katie Cassidy, Kellan Lutz, Rooney Mara, Jackie Earle Haley and Kyle Gallner. In think Katie Cassidy potrayed a good character and her role was unpredictable. I thought she was the only one who safe and alive but the first one to be killed. Kellan Lutz? Lakonan biasa. But he is cute in this movie. Haha. One of the reason why I love this movie are because it was unpredictable movie. What I thought what is going to happen are not happen. It was not a typical horror movie. So I can label this movie as one of the greatest horror movies. A Nightmare On Elm Street is about Freddie Krueger kills off the group of teenagers that alerted the parents about his deeds in their dreams. Means that all of them can't fall asleep and if they do, they will have a nightmare and Freddy Krueger will appear in their nightmare and kills all of them. So better jangan tidur, tahan la mata tu sampai mati. Haha. Set in the present day, Freddy stalks the dreams of Nancy and her friends as they discover that they all share a common link from their childhood; they were all physically and sexually abused by Freddy before he was murdered by their vengeful parents.


First victim was Kellan Lutz. He falls asleep at the table and meets a man covered in burn scars and cuts his throat in the dream, but in reality it appears that he is cutting his own throat. I don't dare to watch this scene. It scares me. The journey continue, Katie Cassidy got killed in her dream as well. She is quite the kesian one. You know what? The scene and how they got killed and the nightmare's situations makes it a strong film. Suddenly, Katie Cassidy appeared in a kindergarten and it does make sense. As in the past, all of them actually met Freddie Krueger when they were in a pre-school. At the same time, it tells the audience that kindergarten are related to the murder. Next, Katie Cassidy's ex boyfriend killed by Freddy when he falls asleep in his jail cell. He is apprehended by the police under suspicion of murdering Katie Cassidy, which was actually he was company her sleeping. Since that case, Rooney Mara as Nancy and Kyle Gallner as Quentin begins to question what everyone's connection is to each other, and discover that all of them, including more children, attended the same preschool together.

Finally, they know the real reason. in Quentine's dreams he saw everyone's parents hunt down Krueger, and then burn him alive. It was because when they were child and studying in pre-school, Freddie Krueger was a gardener at the pre-school and he molested all the kids especially Nancy. So all their parents find out and decided to killed Freddie Krueger. Another thing I found interesting was the filmmaker’s decision not to have nudity for the sake of nudity. There is none anywhere in the film, which was a surprise. Lastly, Nancy and Quentine fight Freddie Krueger until Nancy brought him into reality life and both of them berjaya bunuh him. Oh! What a nightmare. Both of them the only person who survived. I was thoroughly entertained by the new A Nightmare on Elm Street. If you’ve never seen the Nightmare series, you may find it just as entertaining as well. If you’re familiar with the series, you may compare and contrast various aspects and come to a conclusion either in favor of or against this new version.

I have slammed my cash almost RM100 to get this three magazine yesterday. and it's all because of Robert Downey Jr. The GQ Japan is the only magazine I can't read any single word. It's in Japan. Obviously, I can't read. But it's one in a million. It's still a must have for me.

Men's Journal and Rolling Stone are my piece of reading for this week. Surprisingly, a lot of articles can be use for my next assignments and useful for me. Even each of magazines are costly but it's not a wasting stuff for me.

My Life Would Suck Without You

Final exams is not the time when I can hang out with my BFF especially Ona and Lidah. But once they're finish battling with the exams surely I can meet them. Our dinner hang out are supposed to celebrate Lidah's belated birthday, unfortunately Lidah can't join us. According to him, he have some personal problems to handle and so sorry for that. The first plan was to have dinner at Saloma Bistro but the freaking full of people reserving the table makes us didn't get any reservation. Damn you! So, Ona suggested to had dinner at Bora Asmara, Damansara. Ok kinda cool. I have to admit the place and decoration was magnificent and cozy but the foods are so so. The worst thing was, Ass and I had a stomach ache the next morning. Might be because of the Tom Yam Seafood that we shared. Hurmm!

The food that Bora Asmara served was food from Bali or a lot like Indonesia's foods. I had pisang goreng with vanilla ice-cream as dessert. Simply delicious and sweet.

After catching up and updating each other (only four of us), and unknown 'what is happening to him' conversation we headed to karaoke! Dah lama giler kot we tak karaoke bersama. You know what? The best thing was when you go karaoke with people who have same favourite genre of songs! Semua lagu boleh nyanyi and enjoy together! How cool was that?

Btw, it's been a while we don't hang out together and laughing with each other jokes or attitude. I love them so much. My life would suck without you guys! Thanks for keeping our friendship! Hugs!
