Hey readers!
I cried. Yes, for the record I cried watching Everbody's Fine. Tell me so far in this year what movie makes you cry? To tell the truth the last movie that I cried was Tsunami at Haundae. Simply sad and
touching my heart. Everybody's Fine definitely a must watch movie and one of the greatest movie I have watched. I just love the drama and it's really happening nowadays. I love movie that have qualities drama and makes we want to know what is the secret behind the story. I loved every second of it. Everybody's Fine succeeds in bringing it to a high tide of respectability and makes for an
absorbing study of compelling relationships. And it's Robert De Niro all the way.
Everybody's Fine adalah lakonan
Robert De Niro, Drew Barrymore, Kate Beckinsale, Sam Rockwell. I adore Robert De Niro's style and performance. He's the perfect choice to be the lead actor in the movie which is as a widower father with four kids. He is cool but at the same time strict. (Gosh, I miss my arwah abah). Beckinsale, Rockwell, and Barrymore have appeared in several movies together in different combinations, never in danger of being mistaken for siblings but all of them make a convincing family. This movie I can relate it with my mother's situation (sometimes). She always said that sometimes she was sad when none of her children are coming back to her house to visit her. Robert De Niro played as Frank Goode. He was so excited and getting ready for his children to come visit him. He gets everything all set, goes out and buys a new grill, expensive wine and house all ready. One by one though, each of his children call to cancel on him. It was so sad to look at his situation that time. Because it felt like a
rejection when you're excited about something but it not happening. Frank decides to head out on a small trip, visiting each of his kids.

Frank takes a train to New York City although being warned by his personal doctor about his health. He went to his the most anak kesayangan David's house first. He knocked and waited for so long at his door step. But he never shows up, but Frank sees one of David's paintings in a nearby art
gallery window. You can see that time where how a humble father proud of his children's success. Frank slipped a note under David's door. It stated something like "I just want to surprise you". Next visit is to daughter Amy played by gorgeous Kate Beckinsale. Once he gets there, Frank realizes Jack wasn't sick and Amy was just making up an excuse. That night they had dinner. Dinner is uncomfortable with tension between Jack and his father. It feels like something is never been told. But Frank just follow the flows but he knew that something is not right. The next morning,Frank wanted to visit his son Robert. Between that scene, there is cuts to phone conversations between the siblings. They discussing about their other brother David. David is in some type of trouble in
Mexico, and Amy is going there to find out what is happening. They agree to not tell their father about David until they know for sure.
As to Frank's now retired livelihood, he was a telephone worker whose only job was to install PVC protection around the pole contacts of the wires. So there's scene where the camera shot the telephone wires. Then Frank met Robert played by
Sam Rockwell who claimed he's an orchestra musician in Denver which actually just bang the big drum. He makes an excuses that he's busy and can't company his father. On the way back, Frank's wallet been stole by a homeless man and crushes Frank's prescription pills. SO FREAKING SAD! Frank arrives in Las Vegas late. He met her daughter, Rose played by Drew Barrymore, which claimed herself as a Las Vegas professional show dancer. She takes him to her fancy apartment. Which actually she
borrowed the apartment from her friends and actually having a baby. and her father doesn't know that. He is not comfortable, knowing all his kids are lying to him. Frank flies back home and has a heart attack. He dream about all his children's secret are revealed.
The truth was Amy's husband has left for another woman, that Rosie has been questioning her sexuality. Then when Frank woke up and saw all three children start crying and it's revealed that David has died from a drug overdose. From that we can know that there's a reason why a mother or father will always
worries about one of their children. Because they scared the children will not grow up with a proper way. In the end shows the family at Christmas and living happily. If you want a dose of guilt alongside your holiday sap, this is surely the movie for you. This gets my strong recommendation for high quality up and down.
I comment this movie
